The session moved on to Paul A. Hall, president of AIV Microbiology and Food Safety Consultants and then Ramesh Rao, Director, Food and Environmental Business Development, Waters Corporation.
Jeff Barach, Principal, Barach Enterprises LLC and Dr David Dausey, Dean, School of Health Professions and Public Health at Mercyhurst University addressed "When the going gets tough: preventing and managing recalls".
