The second day of Food Vision USA launched in style with a key note presentation from Chobani chief marketing and brand officer Peter McGuinness, who admitted that Chobani had "screwed up" on several occasions as it made the transition from a start-up to market leader in the Greek yogurt segment, but had tried to retain its agility and integrity, while recognizing that it needed the "discipline and rigor of the big guys".
