Following in-depth market research and sensory mapping, the UK-based company has developed a range of flavours that characterise the flavours of beef and can also be used in meat-free products, it claims.

The range of flavours includes steak, roasted beef, pan dripping, pan juice and tallow and are available in liquid or powdered form, says Synergy.
The solutions allow savoury food manufacturers to easily and cost-effectively develop new products with unique flavour profiles, the company adds.
